Company Secretary & GM-Legal

Number of Vacancy: 01 Posts
Educational Qualification: A Fellow/Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), AND b) LLB or an equivalent degree/ certificate from any reputed institute/ university.
Minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience in the Secretarial Department of a Central/State/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Limited Company of which a minimum of 2 yearsin performing/ assisting the Company Secretary is required. In addition, experience in handling/ coordinating Legal matters for a Unit/ Company is a must. Preference will be given to those adept in coordinating with Law Advisory firms.
Pay Scale:
INR
105000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
Selection Procedure: Selection procedure involves personal interview of the candidates who prima facie meets eligibility criteria. The selected candidate will have to undergo a Pre-employment medical examination.
