Educational Qualification:
Consultant: Masters / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Business Administration or Project Management. Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience in Consultancy Assignments in the Development / Humanitarian / CSR Sector.
Senior Research Associate: Post Graduate or Graduate in Management / Engineering / Sustainability Science / ESG / allied disciplines. Experience – Minimum 2 year of work experience in developing or implementing a reputed sustainability related standard in a Company / Consulting Firm / Think Tank / Bureau / Standard organization etc.

Selection Procedure
