Educational Qualification: MBBS
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is a premier institute set up Government of India engaged in education, training and research in the area of international Business. The Institute intends to engage experienced personnel for the following post/s on contract basis for a period of one year.
1. Post Name: Consultant Physician (One Post)
2. Minimum Qualification: MBBS, including completion of compulsory rotating internship.
3. Desirable – MD (Physician)
4. Experience:
At least 5 years professional experience including private practice. Should be associated with a hospital or nursing home. Desirable – Government Hospital Doctor.
5. Tenure: The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year. The tenure can be extended further depending upon performance of the candidates and requirement of the institute.
6. Emoluments: A consolidated amount of Rs. 3,500/- per day for 03 hours service (i.e. Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; The amount is inclusive of all).

Selection Procedure
1. Only Shortlisted candidates shall be informed by e-mail and they may be appear for the interview before the selection committee of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
2. In case of large number of applicants, IIFT reserves the right to short-list the applications in any manner as may be considered appropriate and no reason for rejection shall be communicated. IIFT also reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised
3. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates regarding postal delays, conduct and result of interview and reason for not being called for interview.
