Subject – Recruitment for the position of Manager Training on contract for IIML EIC. IIML EIC is a Section 8 company operational since 2016, hosted by Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and supported by NSTEBD, DST, GOI and Government of UP. IIML EIC invites applications from the interested and eligible candidates for the selection of one position of Manager - Training on contract initially for a period of 2 year, which may be considered further for extension as per the need and policy of the IIML EIC. The location of the position will be IIML Lucknow – Noida Campus, Sector 62, Noida, UP.

2. Compensation: As per the IIML EIC policy the total remuneration offered is Rs. 50,000/- (all-inclusive) with break up available as per company norms. Additionally, benefits such as medical insurance, annual performance-based incentive, mobile reimbursement etc. will be made available as per company policy.

3. Qualifications: 

a) M.B.A / P.G in Human Resources or Social Science Management. Work experience of 3 – 5 years in startup ecosystems, especially in incubators or educational institutes. Experience of running MDP (Management Development Program) for corporates, executives, Professionals and Startups.

b) Hands on experience in end-to-end management of the program i.e., program management, marketing activities, onboarding of participants / speaker / Industry expert, all other administrative requirements, etc. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong network with various government agencies and corporates and ability to build strategic partnerships.

4. Job description & Key responsibilities: 

a) You will have to create and conduct training program for Corporate Venture Capital, Angel Investor, Entrepreneurship Development Program, other similar programs relating to startups and entrepreneurship. You are expected to reach out to Corporates, Government agencies across India and explore potential associations with them by creating innovative models and programs.

b) Assistance in curriculum and course design. Marketing and Business development for training programs, workshop etc. Design and conduct of mentoring sessions for start-ups. Learning needs analysis for start-ups and conduct of Start-up development programs.

c) Conduct of Entrepreneurship / Management Development Programs. Mentor, Trainer and Speaker connect and relationship management. You will be required to act as an integral part of IIML EIC and work in close coordination with the Start-up.
