Number of Vacancy: 22 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of at least 5 years as Assistant Registrar or in a post in Level 10 and above or equivalent in one or more of the following areas: Legal, Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management etc.
Assistant Registrar:
1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. 6 years relevant experience in Pay Level 6 and above or equivalent OR 3 years in Pay Level 7 and above or equivalent.
3. Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials Management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts or experience of similar nature.
Junior Superintendent:
1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.
2. At least 5 years of requisite experience at clerical/supervisory level after qualifying Degree in one or more of the following areas: Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts or experience of similar nature.
3. For applicants with full time Master’s Degree, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (maximum 2 years).
Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.
Sports Officer:
1. Master's degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of 6 years after the qualifying degree in Level 6 or 3 years in Level 7 and above.
2. For applicants with Ph. D. Degree in relevant discipline, normal duration of Ph. D program would be counted towards experience (maximum 3 years).
3. Applicants should have specialization in at least one sport such as Hockey, Athletics, Gymnastics, Weight lifting, Swimming, Kabaddi, Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Cricket etc.
4. N.I.S Coaching Diploma holders and medal winners in inter-university/national games will be given preference.
Junior Superintendent:
1. Four Years Bachelor's degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA in relevant experience of three years after the degree. If the bachelor’s degree is three years of duration in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry, then the relevant experience should be for four years after the degree.
2. For applicants with full time Master’s Degree, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (maximum 2 years).
Technical Officer:
1. B.Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied fields with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of six years after the qualifying degree in Level 6 OR three years’ experience in Level 7 and above or equivalent.
2. For applicants with full time M. Tech./M.E. or equivalent Degree in respective discipline, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (maximum 2 years).
3. For applicants with Ph. D. Degree in relevant discipline, normal duration of Ph. D program would be counted towards experience (maximum 3 years).
Junior Technician: 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA with relevant experience of Two years after the Diploma. OR Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.
Pay Scale:
INR
Level-12 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.

Indian Institute of Technology dhArwAD (IITdh) is one of the third Generation (3-G) IITs, which were established by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GoI). It was started in August 2016 under the mentorship of IIT Bombay. Our academic journey began in the Academic Year (AY) 2016-17, with the establishment of four-year Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) programs - Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
Currently our Institute offers four other B. Tech. programs - Engineering Physics (EP), Mathematics & Computing (M&C), Civil & Infrastructure Engineering (C&IE), Chemical & Biochemical Engineering (C&BE) as well as a five-year Bachelor of Science-Master of Science (BS-MS) program, a two-year Master of Technology (M. Tech.) Program and a Master of Science (MS) Program offered by the three oldest Departments of Mechanical, Materials & Aerospace Engineering (MMAE), Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (EECE) and CSE. Our Ph. D program is offered by all the ten Departments [which also include the other seven Departments of Bio Science & Bio Engineering (BSBE), Chemical Engineering (ChE), Chemistry, C&IE, Humanities, Economics, Arts and Rural Technologies (HEART), Mathematics and Physics].
