Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.E/M.Tech
Applications are invited for the temporary post of Senior Project Officer-Salesforce Administrator for the project titled “IoE Funds - Alumni & Corporate Relations Office Activities” in the Office of Alumni and Corporate Relations, IIT Madras.
1. Co-ordinator: Prof. Mahesh V Panchagnula - Dean, Office of Alumni and Corporate Relations.
2. Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance
3. Post Name : Salesforce Administrator
4. Qualification and Experience : Educational Qualification:
a) B.E /B.Tech in Computer Engineering/ bachelor’s degree in CSC/ Any non-engineering PG and M.E/ M.Tech or any equivalent Masters
b) Salesforce certification is a must
5. Experience :
a) UG with 10 years of experience as a Salesforce developer in a similar environment.
b) PG with 5 Years of experience as a Salesforce developer in a similar environment.
6. Pay : Rs.1,00,000/-pm to Rs.1,60,000/- pm [Competitive salary commensurate with experience
6. Job Description:
a) Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
b) Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
c) Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
d) In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
e) Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
f) Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
g) Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
