Educational Qualification: B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, M.Ed, M.Sc, MBA/PGDM

Applications are invited for the following temporary post of Project Associate in the office of Global Engagement, IIT Madras.

1. Co-ordinator: Prof. Raghunathan Rengaswamy- Dean, Global Engagement.

2. Duration: One year, extendable based on the performance.

3. Number of Positions: 01

4. Post Name: Project Associate

5. Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Education, Business Development, International Development, Business Administration, Communication, Science, or related fields and A bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences may be an advantage.

6. Experience: 01 or more years of experience of working in an international higher educational organization or a similar environment is preferred.

7. Desirability: The candidate must have excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously They must also be proficient in Microsoft suite.

8. Pay Range: Rs. 25,000/- pm to 30,000/- pm

9. Desirable Qualities:

They should be passionate, creative and a self-starter able to work with little to no supervision. Strong time management, analytical and organization skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
