Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association, an Autonomous Institute under Dept. for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India, is a leading R&D institution established in 1958 to cater services to Rubber and Allied Industry. IRMRA is having its headquarters and Laboratory in Thane, Maharashtra and branch laboratories at Sri City, AP and SARPOL, Kolkata, WB. IRMRA is looking for dynamic young professionals for posts of Purchase Executive.

1. Post Name: Purchase Executive (Third Party Contractual Basis)

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Type of Position On Contract basis for 01 year

4. Consolidated Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month

5. Qualification &Experience Essential: Graduate in Science/ Commerce /Diploma in Engg. Minimum 60% marks or minimum cumulative CGPA of 7.0 out of 10 OR 3.5 out of 5.0.

6. Desirable: NSDC /RSDC Certified candidates will be given Preference/ Candidates who have successfully completed certificate/diploma course in Rubber Science Technology (like RMST course of IRMRA). Good Computer skills including Presentation skills & Report writing skills etc. MBA in operation management. 

7. Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in procurement of lab chemicals, rubber & rubber chemicals, engineering items etc. Candidates having experience on procurement through GeM & preparing tendon documents will be preferred.

8. Job Description: Enquiry floating, Comparative statement preparation, PO making in Tally. Supplier Development, Supplier Evaluation. Ordering through GeM. Follow up with supplier, Daily MIS preparation, Tenden documents prenaration etc.
