Educational Qualification:
Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. awarded in Rubber Technology or Polymer Engineering with a minimum of 01 years of experience. OR M.Tech in Polymer Technology / Rubber Technology with minimum 03 years of experience.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc Industrial Polymer Chemistry / Chemistry/ Material Science / Textile Chemistry. Minimum 02 years of experience in rubber & allied industry.

Selection Procedure

Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA) was established in the year 1959, It’s a prime Research and Development Organization to serve the Rubber to allied industries. The Association is affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, of Government of India.
The quality policy of Association is focused on enhancing the technical competency of rubber and allied manufacturers and user by imparting training and provide reliable, dependable and traceable testing & evaluation service to our customer.
The Government of India sponsored the Association for supporting Research & Development to improve rubber industries for providing quality rubber products.The main objective of Association is to design & development of rubber compositing and process suitable for making rubber dame, by using different components of rubber dam, to develop and evaluate prototype rubber dams.
They also provide various services for testing like Automotive Tyre Testing, Rubber Processing, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Instrumentation Testing, Processing & Evaluation Services, etc.
