Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have Master FG Certificate or service Certificate as Master FG from Indian Navy Or Dredge Master Gr.I Certificate. Experience of 2 years in the grade of Chief Officer on sea going vessel/ Dredger. For more details, please refer to official notification.
