Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow for SERB funded research project on Numerical investigation of MHD flow and pressure drop in 3-D sudden expansion with partitioned channels using wall-function treatment. The detail of requirement as follows:

1. Name of the position: Junior Research Fellow

2. Sponsoring Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB)

3. Number of positions: 01

4. Remuneration: Rs. 31000+ HRA (as per SERB norms)

5. Term of employment: The position is purely temporary and initially for a period of 6 months. The position will be extended for another 6 months or till completion of project on satisfactory performance of the candidate and availability of the fund.

6. Essential: MTech/ME/MS degree in Mechanical with specialization in Thermal and Fluid Sciences or Thermal Engineering and must qualified the GATE/NET.

7. Desirable: a) Knowledge in Computational Fluid Dynamics and C or C++ languages, b) Thesis related to numerical fluid flow or MHD flow, and c) Reputable Journal or International conference paper
