Educational Qualification:
General Manager (Project Finance): Graduate in any discipline with ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Assistant General Manager (Credit): Graduate in any discipline along with ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent/FRM from GARP/PRM from PRMIA.

Deputy Manager (Credit): Graduate in any discipline along with ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent/FRM from GARP/PRM from PRMIA.

Assistant Manager (Generalist): A full-time bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) or a full time Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Chief Economist (on contract/ deputation): A master’s degree in economics with specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics from a recognized Indian/ Foreign University.

Application Developer: B.E.(CS/IT)/B.Tech. (CS/IT)/ MCA/M. Tech (CS/IT)/B.Sc. (CS/IT)/ M.Sc. (CS/IT)

Senior Project Finance Officer: Graduate in any discipline CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent will be preferred.

Project Finance Officer: Graduate in any discipline CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent will be preferred.

Protocol Officer (Delhi): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Age Limit: Maximum 62 Years.
