Rajasthan High Court Invites Application for 163 Stenographer Recruitment 2026

Candidates who wish to apply for the Rajasthan High Court Stenographer Recruitment 2026 must apply online through the official website. The application process is multi-step.

1. Visit Official Website: Go to www.hcraj.nic.in.
2. Read Instructions: Carefully read the detailed online application instructions and the advertisement.
3. Register & Fill Form: Register and fill the online application form between 22 July 2026 (1:00 PM) and 10 August 2026 (5:00 PM).
4. Select Preferences: Choose up to five district judgeships in order of preference, adhering to the rules for Non-TSP and TSP areas.
5. Upload Documents: Upload a recent photograph (with name and date), photo ID, signed declaration, live photo, signatures (Hindi and English), and left thumb impression as per the specified format.
6. Pay Fee: Pay the applicable examination fee online by 11 August 2026 (5:00 PM).
7. Submit: Review all details and submit the application. No changes can be made after final submission.
8. Download Admit Card: Download the admit card from the website once released (no admit card will be sent by post).

• District Preference: Select district preferences carefully. Non-TSP candidates cannot apply for TSP areas. TSP-resident candidates must select their own TSP district as the first preference.
• Category Documents: Ensure you possess valid category certificates (Caste, Disability, EWS, Widow/Divorcee) issued within the prescribed validity period. OBC/MBC/EWS certificates may require an affidavit if older.
• Character Certificates: Two character certificates from responsible persons (not related to the candidate) are required, along with a good character certificate from the last attended educational institution.
• Computer Test: The mandatory Computer Test (Group C) requires a minimum speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour. The font is 'Kruti Dev 010' for Hindi and 'Calibri' for English.
• Shorthand Test: The dictation speed is 80 wpm (English) or 70 wpm (Hindi). A margin of 5% mistakes is allowed in the evaluation.
• Disqualification Rules: Be aware of the disqualification criteria, including marital status (more than one living spouse), acceptance of dowry, and having more than two children (with certain exceptions).
• Exam Day: Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. Only pens, pencils, admit cards, and permitted materials are allowed.
• Canvassing: Any form of canvassing or recommendation will lead to disqualification.
• No TA/DA: Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance is not payable for appearing in the examination.
