Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant
- Essential: Senior Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent Examination. Additionally, a Computer Qualification (Any One) such as O Level or Higher Level certificate course conducted by DOEACC, Certificate course on Computer Concept by NIELIT, COPA/DPCS certificate, Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Application, Senior Secondary with Computer Science, Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering, Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT), or any equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Not specified.
- Desirable: Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture. Candidates appearing in the final year examination may also apply but must submit proof of passing before the Typing Test.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2027)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/MBC Male (Rajasthan domicile): 5 years; General Category Female: 5 years; SC/ST/OBC/MBC Female (Rajasthan domicile): 10 years; Ex-Servicemen: 15 years (max 50/55 years); PwD: 5 years; Widow/Divorcee: No age limit.
Selection Process
- Phase I: Two objective type written papers (General Knowledge/Daily Science/Mathematics and General Hindi/English).
- Phase II: Computer Typing Test (Hindi and English Speed & Efficiency tests). Disabled candidates will be awarded average marks of Phase I.
- Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
