Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited in the prescribed format (Online application) for the following temporary contract positions for our ad-hoc research projects at the Department of Clinical Virology, SVIMS, Tirupati.

1. Name of the post: Laboratory Assistant/ Research Assistant

2. Number of posts: 01

3. Emoluments: Rs.30,000/-

4. Essential Qualification: Post graduate degree in Virology/Microbiology/Biotechnology

5. Desirable: 

(1) Work experience in diagnostic laboratory/Cell Culture/ ELISA /PCR/sequencing.

(2) Knowledge of computer application/report preparation.

(3) Good English speaking and writing skills.

(4) The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally to interact with PHC/CHC staff and collect field samples.

6. Name of Project: ''Strengthening of SVIMS as a Regional coordination center under the Intersectoral coordination programme'' NCDC Zoonotic Disease project

Pay Scale: INR 30000(Per Month)

Age Limit: 40 years

Selection Procedure
