Applications are invited for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the project entitled "Environmental Impact of Anthropogenic Activities on Wetland Bio-Diversity of Rudrasagar Lake, The Ramsar Site of Tripura" funded by DBT, Government of India, under the Principal Investigatorship of Dr. Saptarshi Mitra, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography and Disaster Management.
1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Pay: Monthly fellowship of Rs.31,000/- + admissible HRA.
4. Qualification: Applicants having NET/ GATE or Similar Qualification of National, Level and minimum 55% marks in MA/M.Sc in Geography (with Specialization in Regional Planning/ Environmental Geography/ Geomorphology) or Geology Environmental Science are desirable for the interview. Experience in field work along with survey instruments handling and expertise of Remote sensing and GIS, Map making is highly preferable.

Selection Procedure
