Number of Vacancy: 03 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have M.Sc. (Physics) with 5 years’ research experience in Physics of Semiconductor Devices (Experimental), OR Ph.D. with research experience in Physics of Semiconductor Devices (Experimental). And at least three publications in peer-reviewed journals to evidence an extensive expertise in the relevant field.
Pay Scale: INR Level-11 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

Application Fee: The applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.1000/- through SBI Collect and include the transaction ID/UTR number at the online application portal.
