Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Scientist-D

  • Essential Qualification:
    • M.Sc. (Physics) with 5 years of research experience in Raman Scattering (Experimental).
    • OR Ph.D. with research experience in Raman Scattering (Experimental).
  • Additional Requirement: At least three publications in peer-reviewed journals to provide evidence of extensive expertise in the relevant field.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31/01/2026. Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories and government employees as per GoI rules.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- is required via SBI Collect. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD communities are exempted from the fee.
