Recruitment Of Chartered Accountant (CA) Specialist Officers On Regular Basis

1. Position: Senior Manager - Business Finance

6. Work Experience: 

Minimum 8 years of work experience in BFSI sector out of which, at least 3 years of work experience in a large Bank preferably in the area of Financial Controllership & preparation of Financial Reporting including Quarterly and Annual preparation of Financial Statements. Prior experience in BFSI/Bank Audits in reputed / large Audit firms would be an advantage

4. Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline) and Chartered Accountant by Qualification

5. Education Preferred: PostGraduation Degree in Management with Specializatio n in Finance or CFA/ ICWA/ CMA

6. Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience in BFSI sector out of which, at least 2 years of work experience in a large Bank preferably in the area of Financial Controllership & preparation of Financial Reporting including Quarterly and Annual preparation of Financial Statements. Prior experience in BFSI/Bank Audits in reputed / large Audit firms would be an advantage

MMGS III : Rs. 63840 x 1990 (5) – 73790 x 2220 (2) – 78230

SMG/S-IV : Rs. 76010 x 2220 (4) – 84890 x 2500 (2) – 89890

Selection Procedure

1. Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or any other selection method

2. However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/interview process. Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Multiple Choice/Descriptive/ Psychometric Test / Group Discussion/Interviews or any other selection/shortlisting methodologies for different positions / scales.

3. Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test or any other test/assessment as part of selection process:

a. The Bank reserves its right to call for the GD/ PI, candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion. If online test is conducted, candidates shall be called for GD and/or PI on the basis of their performance in the online test. 

b. Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test /section and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/Group Discussion &/or Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/GD &/or PI depending on the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test and total marks secured in the online test as decided by the Bank.

c. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination (if conducted) will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.

d. In case more than one candidate scores the cut off marks (common mark at cut off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order
