HPPSC H.P. Administrative Service Combined Competitive Examination-2026

Candidates must apply online through the HPPSC OTR portal. Follow these steps:

1. Visit Website: Go to the official HPPSC website: www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc.
2. Register/Login: Click "Apply Online" and proceed with One Time Registration (OTR). Log in to your account.
3. Select Advertisement: From the dashboard, select the relevant advertisement for "H.P. Administrative Service Combined Competitive Examination-2026".
4. Fill Application: Fill the form accurately with personal, educational, and category details. Capture a live photograph as per the portal requirements.
5. Upload Documents: Upload all required documents (Matriculation Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Category Certificates, Bonafide Himachali Certificate, etc.).
6. Choose Optional Subject: Select one optional subject for the Main Examination from the list provided.
7. Pay Fee: Pay the application fee of ₹600 online. The application is complete only after successful fee payment.
8. Submit: Submit the application by 22 September 2026, 11:59 PM.

Important: No change is allowed in the submitted ORA except category change as per prescribed procedure. Keep a printout for future reference.

• Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the educational qualification, age, and category requirements.
• Document Upload: Upload clear, legible documents. The live photograph captured during application will be used for identity verification.
