Eligibility Criteria for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemical Sciences with a specialization in Electrochemistry, securing a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5/10.0 CGPA. Minimum 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) throughout starting from Class XII.
- Entrance Exam: Qualified in any one of the following: GATE, CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship), or National-level examination conducted by Central Government Departments (DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.).
- Desirable Qualification: Strong foundation in electrocatalysis and physical chemistry. Hands-on experience in electrochemical techniques and systems.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years. Relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically handicapped candidates.
