Educational Qualification: M.Sc
Institute invites applications from Indian nationals having an excellent academic record for the following position under the funded project:
1. Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Assistant (PA)
2. Number of posts: 01 (One)
3. Name of the project: “Phase behaviour and rheology of active colloidal rotors”
4. Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade
5. Preference: Candidate having experience in working on experimental and computational soft matter physics will be preferred
6. Job Requirement: Incumbent is expected to work with Atomic Force Microscope and / or nanoscale force measuring devices
7. Tenure of the appointment: Initially for a period of one year, extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.
8. Consolidated emoluments:
PA: Rs. 19,840/- + 24% HRA per month JRF: Rs. 31,000/- + 24% HRA per month based on valid CSIR-NET / GATE / DBT - JRF / any other National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies OR equivalent scorecard.
