Educational Qualification: B.Com, M.A, MBA/PGDM

AIC-SEED invites applications from Indian nationals having excellent academic record and relevant work experience for the following position purely on temporary and contractual basis under “Establishment of Atal Incubation Centre at AIC IISER PUNE SEED FOUNDATION SPV of IISER Pune” funded by NITI Aayog, Government of India under Atal Innovation Mission:

1. Name of the Post: Accounts Executive

2. No. of post: 01

3. Minimum educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce OR Master’s Degree in Finance Management / MBA with specialization in Finance or related discipline

4. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and hands on experience on Tally accounting software and MS Excel.

5. Preference:

i. Candidates having familiarity and understanding of accounting and finance matters in Government Organizations / Institutes and having knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR), Public Financial Management System / statutory compliances of a Section 8 company

ii. Candidates with familiarity and understanding of maintaining accounts in a private ltd. company, matters dealing with income tax, GST, TDS, invoicing, payment to vendors, all statutory compliances as per income tax authorities and Min, of Corp. Affairs. will be preferred.

6. Tenure of the appointment: Initially for a period of one year, extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.

7. Consolidated emoluments: Rs. 23,000/- per month
