Eligibility for Director (Marketing)

• Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Graduate with MBA/PGDM with good academic record from a recognised University/ Institution.
• Experience: The applicant should have at least five years cumulative experience/exposure during the last ten years in Marketing/Sales/Sales forecasting & Planning/Business Development at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute.
• Desirable Skills: Experience in market research, development/improvement of product/services, dealing with multilateral agencies, and logistics will have added advantage.

Age Limit & Eligibility Context

The applicant must, on the date of application, be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in a CPSE, Central Government Group 'A' officers, State PSE (Turnover > Rs. 1000 Cr), or Private Sector (Turnover > Rs. 1000 Cr). The age of superannuation is 60 years. Minimum age is 40 years.
