Recruitment Type: This recruitment is for Direct Recruitment based on Personal Interview performance. It does not involve a competitive written examination.

Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Senior Human Resource Officer (GR-II)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development from recognized Universities/Institutes.
• Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Desirable: Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026.

2. Senior Finance Officer (GR-II)

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Option 1: Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) / Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India.
• Option 2: Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Option 3: Two years Full Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts (60% aggregate marks).
• Option 4: Full Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts (60% aggregate marks).
• Option 5: Two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from AICTE recognized Institute (60% aggregate marks).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 37 years as on 07.02.2026.
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years (for reserved posts).
  • SC/ST: 5 years.
  • PwBD: 10 years (over and above other relaxations) for identified disabilities (HOH, OL, OA).
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per rules.
  • J&K Domiciled: 5 years.
• Overall Maximum Age Limit: 50 years (with all relaxations).

Selection Process

This is a direct recruitment process based on interviews. No written exam.

1. Screening: Initial screening of application forms and credentials.

3. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at NAeL, Naini, Prayagraj.
4. Final Selection: Based on interview performance by the approved Selection Committee.
