Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)
1. Senior Human Resource Officer (GR-II)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development from recognized Universities/Institutes.
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
- Desirable: Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026.
2. Senior Finance Officer (GR-II)
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Option 1: Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) / Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India.
- Option 2: Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- Option 3: Two years Full Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts (60% aggregate marks).
- Option 4: Full Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts (60% aggregate marks).
- Option 5: Two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from AICTE recognized Institute (60% aggregate marks).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 37 years as on 07.02.2026.
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years (for reserved posts).
- SC/ST: 5 years.
- PwBD: 10 years (over and above other relaxations) for identified disabilities (HOH, OL, OA).

Selection Process
