The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 02 IT Executives Posts on a contract/regular scale basis. Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for IT Executives (Common)

• Essential Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics)/ MCA (Full Time) or its equivalent (Full Time).
• Experience Requirements:
  • Manager/ Information Technology (E3): Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience (of the level of E2 or above) for officers working in Central/ State Government/ CPSEs/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/ Government Instrumentalities OR Minimum 06 years of post-qualification experience for Private sector candidates. Minimum CTC of Rs. 13.30 lakhs per annum required.
  • Assistant Manager/ Information Technology (E2): Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience OR Minimum CTC of Rs. 11.10 lakhs per annum.
• Other Criteria: Only full-time regular courses will be considered. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University/Deemed University or AICTE approved course.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 Years (as on 23 January 2026) for both posts.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Pay as applicable in the grade, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) at applicable rates, HRA/Lease, and Perks/Allowances under Cafeteria Approach.
• Other Benefits: Laptop, Mobile Phone, Headset, Uniform, Briefcase, etc., as per company rules.

Selection Process

The selection process will comprise of Written Test/ CBT (80% Weightage) and Interview (20% Weightage). Merit list will be prepared based on the combined score. Minimum qualifying marks are 60%. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for the interview. Document verification will be done before the interview.

2. Before applying, candidates must possess a valid email ID and Mobile Number, scanned passport size photograph, and scanned signature.
3. Upload self-attested documents including 10th Certificate, Degree Certificate, Experience Certificate(s), APARs (Last Three Years), Form 16/ITR, Salary Slips, etc.
4. After submitting the online application, download the Application Form with Unique Registration Number, attach supporting documents, and send it by hand/Post to Career Cell, HR Department, NCRTC, Gatishakti Bhawan, INA Colony, New Delhi – 110023 by 23 February 2026.
5. The envelope should be superscribed: 'APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF - ____ (Post Code) - 03/2026 ON CONTRACT ON REGULAR SCALE BASIS'.
