Age Relaxation:

Salary / Pay Scale

  • During Training Period (1 Year): Consolidated monthly stipend of ₹50,000. Additional stipend limited to maximum of ₹3,000 per month for extra hours of training on closed holidays.
  • After Successful Completion of Training: Designation: Assistant Manager in E-1 Grade. Total Per Month: ₹82,720 (Basic Pay: ₹40,000 + DA: ₹20,720 + HRA: ₹8,000 + Perks: ₹14,000). Annual CTC: Approximately ₹14.92 lakhs.
  • Additional Benefits: National Pension System (NPS), Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance coverage, Leave Encashment, Reimbursement of Medical expenses, Performance Payment.

  • General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹1,000 (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra).
  • SC/ST Candidates: Exempted.
  • PwBD Candidates (for HR/Finance posts only): Exempted.

Selection Process

Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test (60 marks)

  • Duration: 60 Minutes.
  • Questions: 60 MCQs (General Awareness: 5, English: 5, Numerical Ability: 5, Reasoning: 5, Subject Based: 40).
  • No negative marking.

Phase-II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills and Personal Interview (40 marks)

  • GD: 10 marks.
  • Writing Skills: 10 marks.
  • Interview: 20 marks.

Final Selection: Based on total marks of Phase I (60) and Phase II (40).
