Institute invites applications from Indian nationals having an excellent academic record for the following position under the funded project:
ADVT. NO.: 05/2022
1. Name of the Post: Project Assistant / Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
2. Number of posts: 01 (One)
3. Name of the project: “Inorganic–Organic Hybrid Solids as Ion–Conduction Membranes in Charge Storage Devices”.
4. Project Code 32519492
5. Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks or equivalent. The period spent as Ph.D scholar shall be considered as experience for the appointment as SRF.
6. Preference: Candidate having experience in Electrochemistry will be preferred.
7. Tenure of the appointment: Initially for a period of six months, extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.
8. Consolidated emoluments:
a) PA - Rs. 19,840/- + 24% HRA per month
b) JRF - Rs. 31,000/- + 24% HRA per month based on valid CSIR-NET / GATE / DBT - JRF / any other National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies OR equivalent scorecard.
c) SRF - Rs. 35,000/- + 24% HRA per month based on qualified CSIR-NET / GATE / DBT - JRF / any other National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies OR equivalent scorecard AND minimum 2 years of research experience as Junior Research Fellow/ Project Fellow/ equivalent.
