Educational Qualification: Retired Staff
Pursuant to Shareholders Agreement dated 20.01.2016 signed between NMDC Ltd., IRCON International Ltd., Steel Authority of India Ltd. and Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (CMDC) a project specific JV company by the name Bastar Railway Pvt. Ltd. (BRPL) was incorporated on 05.05.2016 for developing the 140 km Rowghat to Jagdalpur new rail line project. The shareholding ratio between the promoter companies are viz. NMDC- 52%, IRCON-26%, SAIL-12% and CMDC-10%

2. Qualification And Experience: The applicant should be a retired / serving officer from Indian Railway services (IRTS, IRSE, IRSME, IRSEE & IRSSE). The candidate should have minimum 03 years of experience in Senior Administrative Grade with grade pay of Rs. 10,000/- or Pay Matrix of Level 14 (CDA) or above. Experience in execution of Greenfield projects would be an advantage. OR
The applicant should be a retired / serving officers of Executive Director Level (IDA pay-scale 150000-300000) of Public Sector Undertaking with Railway background. The applicant should have experience in executing project related to Railways having a value of not less than Rs. 1000 Crores of Single work / Multiple works of value of Rs. 1500 Crores. Experience in execution of Greenfield projects would be an advantage.
3. Duration And Term Of The Engagement :
(i) The engagement shall be for a period 2 (Two) years extendable by mutual consent on same terms & conditions for another one year. However, the upper age limit of service will be 65 (sixty five) years only.
(ii) The selected candidate will be paid Fixed Pay of Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) consolidated per month. He will also be provided accommodation, if available and transport facilities for official use. If accommodation is not available, the person will be provided Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as House Rent Allowance.
(iii) The term of appointment shall be on contract basis.
(iv) The office of the Chief Executive Officer shall be located at Raipur (CG)
(v) Medical facilities as per NMDC Medical Rules for self and spouse during the period of engagement will be extended.

Selection Procedure
1. The company reserves the right to shortlist candidates.
2. Candidate has to submit his/her willingness for the post at the time of interview itself clearly stating that he/she will join the post, if selected. If any candidate does not initially give his/her willingness, he/she will not be interviewed.
3. If any of the candidates, who appeared for the interview and is selected, gives his/her unwillingness after the interview is held, but before the appointment is processed, would be debarred for a period of two years from being considered.
4. If any of the candidates, gives his/her unwillingness after the issue of appointment, he/she would be debarred for a period of two years from the date of offer of appointment from being considered.
5. No request for relaxation or otherwise would be entertained.

Office: Global Exploration Centre, NMDC, Green Ville City, Housing Board Colony, Boriyakala, Raipur (CG) – 492 001. Last date of receipt of application is 27-04-2022. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
(b) Envelope containing application should be superscribed as “POST APPLIED FOR – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BASTAR RAILWAY PRIVATE LIMITED”.
(c) In case of applicant of Public Sector Undertaking of Railway background may declare their experience of execution of works as required in notification in their application form. However, after shortlisting and before Interview during document verification, they have to produce all the related documents of having experience of execution of various Railway works as required in the notification.
