Educational Qualification: General Manager (HR): MBA (HR) full time of Master’s degree in Personnel Management with 60% marks from Govt. recognized University/Institute. Additional General Manager (Architect): Candidate must be B. Arch. graduate from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. Additional General Manager (Civil): Candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute. Manager (MMI): Candidate must be a Bachelor in planning or Masters in Planning from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute. Manager (Civil - Safety): Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with a Diploma/P.G. Diploma in Construction/Industrial Safety from an Institute recognized by State /Central Govt. or other Statutory authority. Manager (Admin): Candidate must be full time Graduate with PGDM/MBA degree from Govt. recognized Institute/University. Assistant Manager (MMI): Candidate must be a Bachelor in planning or Masters in Planning from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute. Assistant Manager (Civil/ Alignment): Candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute. Senior Executive (Finance & Accounts): 1. Candidate must be a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. 2. Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant postqualification experience in an organization implementing large construction / infrastructure project. Senior Executive (Admin): 1. Candidate must be full time Graduate with PGDM/MBA degree from Govt. recognized Institute/University. 1. 2. Candidate should have minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in various aspects of administration in State PSUs, Corporations / Boards or in organization implementing large construction/infrastructure project or reputed large organization with minimum 500 manpower Surveyor: Candidate must be a Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years diploma) from Govt. recognized Institute/Board having minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in survey works of civil engineering and should have handled all latest equipment’s independently and carried out survey works in large infrastructure projects.
