Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- General Manager (IT): B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/IT with minimum 12 years' post-qualification experience in IT Department in Public Sector Banks at DGM level or above.
- Deputy General Manager (HR): MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) with minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in HR Department in Public Sector Banks at AGM level or above.
- Assistant General Manager (Accounts): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) with minimum 12 years' post-qualification experience in SCBs/AIFIs/PSUs, including 8 years in taxation, GST, TDS, etc.
- Manager (HR): MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) with minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in HR Management in Banks/HFCs/NBFCs/AIFIs/PSUs.
- Manager (Legal): LLB/LLM with minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in legal matters in Banks/HFCs/NBFCs/law firms.
- Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Graduate with ICSI Membership and minimum 12 years' post-qualification experience in Banks/AIFIs/Regulated Entities/PSUs, with designation as Company Secretary.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. If candidates exceed a threshold, a preliminary screening or Group Discussion may be conducted for shortlisting. Candidates must secure minimum marks in the interview. Final merit list is prepared based on interview scores, with age as tie-breaker. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the interview.
