1. Post Name: Senior Manager (V)

2. No. of Post: 05

3. Salary: 70,000-2,00,000

4. Qualification: 

a. Finance: Qualified CA/ ICWA

b. Maintenance (Electrical): First Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical from a recognized University / Institution.

c. HR: First Class Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.

5. Qualification Experience: 15 Years

1. Post Name: Deputy General Manager (VII)

2. No. of Post: 05

3. Salary: 90,000-2,40,000

4. Qualification: 

a. Research & Development: First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized University / Institution. M.Tech qualification will be preferred.

b. Company Secretary: Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred

c. Corporate Communications: Master in mass communication (or) First Class Graduate with 2 years full time diploma in Journalism. Additionally MBA in HR/ LLB will be preferable.

d. Planning: First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized University / Institution.

e. Marketing (R & M): First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics from a recognized University / Institution. Post graduate qualification in Management will be preferred.

5. Qualification Experience: 21 Years

1. Post Name: Assistant General Manager (VI)

2. No. of Post: 06

3. Salary: 80,000-2,20,000

4. Qualification: 

a. Research & Development: First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized University / Institution. M.Tech qualification will be preferred.

b. Company Secretary: Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred

c. Corporate Communications: Master in mass communication (or) First Class Graduate with 2 years full time diploma in Journalism. Additionally MBA in HR/ LLB will be preferable.

4. Qualification: 

a. Research & Development: First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized University / Institution. M.Tech qualification will be preferred.

b. Human Resource: First Class Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.
