Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Officer-in-Charge

• Essential: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare institutions or managerial positions.

Eligibility for Medical Officer

• Essential: MBBS with a minimum of 5 years experience after internship.
• Desirable: Additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery.

Eligibility for Dental Officer

• Essential: BDS with a minimum of 5 years work experience.

Eligibility for Nursing Assistant (General)

• Essential: GNM Diploma or Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces) with a minimum of 5 years experience.

Eligibility for Pharmacist

• Essential: Graduate / Class / Clerical Trade (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years of experience.

Eligibility for Lab Technician

• Essential: (i) B Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR (ii) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board with minimum 3 years of experience.

Eligibility for Dental Assistant

• Essential: Diploma holder in Dental Hygiene / Class-1 DH / DORA Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years of experience.

Eligibility for Driver

• Essential: Minimum education up to 8th standard, MT Driver (Armed Forces) and possession of a civil driving licence with minimum 5 years of experience.

Eligibility for Female Attendant

• Essential: Literate with minimum 5 years of experience in Civil/Army Health Institutions.

Eligibility for Safaiwala

• Essential: Literate with minimum 5 years of experience.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit for contractual engagement is 65 years as on 31-12-2025. The engagement is renewable subject to satisfactory performance and up to the maximum age of 65 years.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the following stages:

• Screening of Applications: Applications will be scrutinized to verify eligibility, qualifications, and experience. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview in the third week of January 2026. The date, time, and venue will be communicated via Phone/SMS/Email.
• Document Verification: Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, degree/diploma/course certificates, work experience documents, and passport size colour photographs at the time of the interview.
