Educational Qualification: M.A, MSW
1. Post Name: Faculty
2. Qualification: Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc. Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge
3. Desirable: Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having Experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.
4. Experience / Other eligibility criteria: Should be well conversant with local language. Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI
5. In case of Faculty:
(I) The consolidated salary shall be fixed at Rs.20000/- per month which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount of 10% of preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/performance of services rendered.
(II)Fixed Travel Allowance: Actuals subject to minimum of Rs.1500/-pm against bills or can claimRs.500/- on declaration basis.
(III) EPF,ESI, Gratuity as per rules.
6. Leave: The candidate shall be entitled for 15 days leave per year with maximum of 2 days per month..

Selection Procedure
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.
