How to Apply:
1. The application should reach to the undersigned on or before 16.04.2022 up to 01.00 PM through Regd/Speed Post only and the envelope containing the application should be super scribed on the top of the envelope clearly, " Application for In-house contractual employee of NHM working in the ame post under OSH&FWS Society"
2. Interested in-house candidates presently working under NHM only are requested to apply in the prescribed format with NOC and experience certificate issued by concerned CIDM&PHO. Selection shall be made on the highest length of incumbency under the Society, as per the reservation category applicable if any.
3. The application format & other details can be obtained from the district website i.e. wiww.kendujhar.nic.in and the application should reach to the office of the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer.Keonjhar-758001 by dt. 16.04.2022 (up to 01.00 PM) through Regd/Speed Post only and the envelope containing the application should be super scribed on the top of the envelope clearly, "
